3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility
  4. Once approved, you will be instructed on how to return the product or arrange pickup

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  1. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or alternative method (such as mobile banking), depending on the situation
  3. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may choose to receive a replacement product if:

  1. The item is damaged or defective
  2. The wrong product was delivered

We will arrange replacement delivery at no additional cost (if the issue is from our side).

6. Shipping Charges
